Product Details
This ethernet cable is a short Cat6 patch lead designed for LAN connections where low-smoke, PVC-free construction is required. It provides multi-gigabit data links and power delivery over twisted-pair copper conductors for use with network interfaces, switches and PoE devices in installations that demand reduced toxic emissions in the event of fire.
The cable uses 100% copper stranded conductors which provide better conductivity and heat dissipation compared with copper-clad alternatives.
The Low Smoke Zero Halogen jacket limits smoke and corrosive gas levels during combustion, improving visibility and reducing corrosive residues.
Operate and store the cable between 0°C and 80°C and within 0% RH-95% RH humidity ranges.
The cable impedance is 100 ohms ±15% at 250MHz and maximum DC resistance is 14 ohms per 1000ft (305m).
