These RS PRO high-quality panel isolation transformers are designed with versatility and durability in mind and are for use in general applications. These single-phase transformers feature screw connectors for multiple input and brackets for screw fixing or for DIN Rails. They have a standard primary winding 0-230-400VAC with a +/- 15 V adjustment possibility around 0 and are 100% electrical and flash tested.
Transformers increase or decrease voltages within an AC circuit. You will find them in almost all electrical environments. As an example, some of the different types of power management units and how their voltages work is listed below.
