This PID temperature controller is designed to provide precise temperature regulation in various industrial applications. With a compact size of 48 x 48 mm, this device fits seamlessly into existing control systems, making it suitable for both DIN rail and panel mounting. The controller operates effectively with a supply voltage of 100 to 240 V AC, maintaining outstanding performance across a temperature range of -10 to +55 °C.
It is compatible with various input types, including universal inputs, platinum resistance thermometers (PT100), and thermocouples, enabling flexibility in sensor usage.
Utilising both ON/OFF and PID control methods allows for high accuracy in maintaining the set temperature, adjusting continuously based on the measured inputs.
The IP20 rating indicates protection against solid objects larger than 12mm, suitable for indoor use where dust exposure is minimal, ensuring longevity and performance in typical industrial settings.
