Product details
Stud Mounting Rectifier Diodes
High current rectifier diodes from Semikron housed in standard stud-mounting cases. Due to the excellent thermal coupling between the device and heatsink stud mounting offers high reliability at high operating currents. With voltage ratings of up to 1700 V these diodes are suitable for most high power rectification applications. Both Stud Anode and Stud Cathode diode configurations are available.
High voltage and current ratings
Robust high-reliability hermetically sealed case
Low thermal resistance between device and heatsink
SKN types have the Anode connected to the stud body
SKR types have the Cathode connected to the stud body
Diodes and Rectifiers, Semikron
