Hammond 1453 Heavy-Duty Instrument Cases

The all steel, heavy-duty construction of the 1453 instrument cases from Hammond is designed to house heavy, heat producing items like power supplies.

Features and Benefits

• All steel heavy-duty construction
• Bottom section is 16 gauge steel, top section is 18 gauge steel
• Finished in a rugged, contempra grey, textured powder finish
• 2 piece construction, both top and bottom are a “U” shape design for easy removal
• Bottom includes a fold on all sides including front and back for extra strength and mounting of top section
• Top section is heavily ventilated for excellent air
• Top lip extends 19 mm on both sides adding 38 mm to the total size
• Bottom is solid except for 4 holes for mounting heavy-duty rubber feet
• Includes nickel plated self-tapping screws and screw on 19 mm high, rubber feet
