SKYPER Prime Dual IGBT Driver Module

The Semikron SKYPER Prime driver module provides the interface between a controller and suitable Primepack or Semitrans 10 IGBT modules. The dual channel SKYPER Prime module can drive IGBTs with ratings of up to 1400 A and 1700V.

• Dual driver module for Primepack or Semitrans 10 IGBT modules
• Simple parallel operation of up to 3 modules with board-to-board connection
• Digital sensor signal output (PWM) allows direct μC connection without adapter boards
• Galvanically isolated DC link and temperature measurement
• Dynamic short circuit detection with SoftOff feature
• ROHS compliant, UL recognized
