RS Pro Adjustable ESD Wrist-strap
Our own brand of RS Pro ESD wrist-straps feature premium grade fabric band with an elastic ratio of 1:2.5 to 1:3. The outer surface of the wristband is non-conductive and the inside surface of the strap is conductive lined with 5 rows of double-ply silver yarn. The wristband also contains an easy adjustable clip that can tighten or loosen the fabric band to fit any wrist shape.
Resistance of the wristband is measured separately for the interior and exterior. The interior resistance Is ≤ 100 kilo-ohms at 7-30 volts dc open circuit and exterior resistance is ≥ 10 megaohms.
Connected to the adjustable wrist-strap is a 1.8m coiled cord. The cord features a 10mm female snap crocodile clip. The conductor diameter is 2.5mm with 7 tinsel wires & insulation is a coiled cored insulated with a PU material. Cord conductor will have an end to end resistance no greater than 1 ohms.

Can I connect this to my computer case to ground myself?
Yes. You could consider connecting the crocodile clip to any screw / exposed metal to prevent static bleeding onto your components.
