For high-precision and very rapid positioning tasks
2 axes can be controlled
Output frequency from 1 Hz to 50 MHz
Impulse output format is servobus SSCNET III
A maximum of 8 modules can be connected to the SPS
Parameter settings and monitoring is carried out with FX Configurator FP (Order No.617-0363)
