Keithley 7703 32-channel High Speed Differential Multiplexer Module
The Keithley 7703 plug-in module offers 32 channels of 2-pole multiplexer switching or 16 channels of 4-pole multiplexer switching that can be configured as two independent banks of multiplexers. Non-latching reed relays provide high speeds and are designed for 300 volt, 500 mA; 10VA. The relay closures are stored in onboard memory. Module uses include RTD and thermistor temperature applications. The 7703 is for use with Keithley systems 2700 ( 760-0354 , 7600357 ), 2701 ( 760-0351 ) and 2750 ( 760-0360 ).

Relay actuation time of less than 1ms for high-speed scanning
2-wire or 4-wire measurement
Two 50-pin female D-sub connectors are standard for hook-up and quick teardown
Supplied with
