AEPX Series Photodiodes
The AEPX series, from Centronic, are a family of high speed silicon photodetectors. This group of photodiodes are available in various small active area sizes. The AEPX series are therefore ideal for high frequency fibre optic applications.
An epitaxial structure enables the AEPX photodetectors to offer high frequency responses at operating voltages of just 5V. The AEPX devices can be operated at higher bias levels up to 20V for a quick pulsed response.
Features of the AEPX series:
High speed photodiodes
Small active area
Single elements
Operating temperature: -55 to +120 °C
Active area: 0.04 to 0.63 mm²
IR Photodiodes, Centronic
