Avago HSMF-C16x Series ChipLEDs
The HSMF-C16x series, from Avago Technologies, are a series of miniature bi-colour surface mount (SMT) ChipLEDs. The HSMF-C16x LEDs are in the compact 0603 footprint to allow for a high density of components on a board. Available in a wide variety of colour options, these LEDs have diffused optics. Suitable applications for the HSMF-C16x series include; keypad backlighting, symbol indicator, LCD backlighting, pushbutton backlighting and front panel indicators.

- Small package: 1.6 x 0.8 x 0.5 mm (0603 package)
- Operating temperature: -40°C to +85°C
