The ASMT-Mx22 / ASMT-MxE2 series, from Avago Technologies, are Moonstone™ 3W high brightness power LEDs. They offer high performance and are energy efficient LED light sources. The ASMT-Mx22 / ASMT-MxE2 devices can handle high thermal and high driving current. Their exposed pad allows for easy heat transfer from the package to the motherboard. Their low profile package is suitable for applications such as sign backlights, emergency signs, retail display, speciality lighting, portable lighting and street lighting.
