Varta NiMH Button rechargeable batteries are a sealed, slim designed battery providing you with high performance and a long-life cycle. The many benefits of the NiMH rechargeable batteries are, high capacity, excellent charge and discharge, no memory effects, plus completely safe. The batteries are available as standard or tagged and have a GCE electrode providing you with a capable overcharge and low self-discharge with flat discharge voltage.

Can I mix old and new batteries?
It is recommended to replace all batteries at the same time avoiding mixing old and new batteries. Mixing batteries can affect the optimum performance of devices and may cause leakage.
How to store NiMH Rechargeable Batteries?
Always keep the batteries in their original packaging before use. Avoid keeping the batteries in drawers with metallic objects like paperclips, coins, other batteries or household items such as steel, wool, aluminium foil and keys. If these touch, this can be a potential fire hazard.
How do you dispose of coin / button batteries?
Batteries should not be thrown away with regular rubbish, if they contact other pieces of metal or other batteries it can be dangerous.
