A metal oxide filled silicone oil providing an extremely efficient and effective thermally conductive compound which will operate over a wide temperature range. For use where reliable thermal coupling of electrical and electronic components is required or between any surface where thermal conductivity of heat dissipation is important.

Excellent non-creep characteristics
Excellent thermal conductivity even at high temperatures
Weight loss after 96 hrs @ 100°C 0.84%
Specific resistance: 1 x 1015Ω cm
Supplied in a 35ml Luer lock syringe
