The Semtech series of μClamp™ TVS Diodes protect sensitive electronics components from overvoltage. Due to their compact packaging, the μClamp™ TVS diodes are ideal for portable applications such as mobile phones & mobile phone accessories, notebooks, desktops and servers. The diodes can also be used for applications with laser diode protection and analogue inputs.
