Evaluation Boards for AD4000 Series Precision ADCs
Three evaluation Board from Analog Devices designed to allow assessment of the AD4000 series of low-power precision analogue-to-digital converters (ADCs). The boards feature differential or pseudo-differential 2 MSPS SAR ADCs and can be configured for single-ended inputs. A precision buffered 5V bandgap reference, a common-mode buffer, two op amps and appropriate power supply circuitry are all included on the evaluation boards.
